Three (H3G) required strategic support to increase sales of Huawei mobile phones at their Capita call centre in Glasgow. We created a sales incentive campaign entitled ‘Aim High for Dubai’ to foster engagement and incentivise staff to push key Huawei devices.

Top performers were awarded with a once in a lifetime trip to discover the majestic architecture of Dubai. The 5-star trip included a desert safari, visit to the Burj Khalkha and authentic Bedouin Cuisine. We provided end-to-end event management including logistics, ground programme and onsite event management.

Providing staff with a lucrative incentive fostered a healthy competition and the team exceeded all KPI’s involved.
